Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a robust pricing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth across all territories.
- Rate Management: Effectively manage rates across the company, optimizing competitiveness and enhancing customer positions in different territories.
- Tools and Process Implementation: Implement tools and streamline company processes to review and approve pricing opportunities and strategies, facilitating seamless data flow for informed decision-making.
- Senior Management Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team, providing timely and insightful information to influence pricing decisions effectively.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communications, ensuring timely delivery of crucial information to key decision-makers within the organization.
- Market Analysis: Analyse current market trends to identify potential risks, mitigate losses, and maximize company profits through strategic pricing adjustments.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure the company’s pricing practices comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements in all operational areas.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their pricing needs, fostering a cohesive and aligned approach across the organization.
- Pricing Initiative Review: Continuously review and track pricing initiatives, capturing necessary changes, and refining price segmentation across all ChangeGroup locations.
- Data Visualization and Analysis: Create effective data visualization methods and tools to explain and analyse complex data and trends, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.
- Opportunity Audit: Audit existing data to identify missed opportunities, proactively alert the Senior Management Team, and recommend new strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Travel and Market Expansion: Demonstrate flexibility by traveling abroad as necessary to support various company locations, exploring new opportunities and markets with influencing and persuasion skills.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor branch stocks on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adequate stock levels to effectively meet customer demands.
